After Golden Globes 2025 Shout-Out, Vin Diesel Shares Pic With Dwayne Johnson: “All Love, Always”

The 2025 Golden Globes ceremony was full of memorable moments and actor Vin Diesel contributed his share of excitement with an unexpected shout-out to Dwayne Johnson.

While presenting the award for film cinematic and box office achievement, Vin Diesel looked toward Dwayne in the audience and gave a small wave. “Hey Dwayne,” he said, followed by a light chuckle, which went viral on the Internet.

The day after the ceremony, Vin Diesel shared a throwback picture with Dwayne Johnson. He captioned it: “All love… Always.” 

ICYDK, the tension between Dwayne and Vin started during their time making the Fast & Furious films. Their infamous feud seemed to have reached a peak in 2021 when Dwayne Johnson declined Diesel’s invitation to join Fast X. 

At the time, Dwayne Johnson publicly said he wouldn’t return to the franchise. However, it appears that his previous decision was a bluff, as he later made a surprise appearance as Luke Hobbs in a Fast X mid-credits scene. This marked the end of their feud in 2023.

The two actors are now set to reunite for the upcoming 11th installment of the Fast & Furious franchise.

In April 2024, John Cena discussed their well-known clash during an appearance on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast. “There’s certainly rumours about that. I can’t deny that. You have two very alpha, driven people. You get two, there can only be one,” he said.

Dwayne Johnson joined the Fast & Furious franchise in Fast Five (2011) and continued appearing in subsequent films, including Fast & Furious 6, Furious 7 and The Fate of the Furious. He also starred in his own spinoff, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, alongside Jason Statham.
